Recruiting of polish workers to work in European Union

Poltrop is one of the biggest polish Recruitment Agencies. We work on international market since 1991 and we have all necessary legal fixation in the form of Certificate of Labour Ministry to recruit and send polish workers to work abroad.

For more than 30 years of our activity we have sent over 6500 workers to work in Europe, in the USA and on the Middle East. Currently we cooperate with more than 70 foreign partners including Recruitment Agencies, Production Plants and Trade - Service Companies, which directly employee polish workers to work in such countries as United Kingdom, Belgium, Finland, Holland, Iceland, France, Cyprus, etc.

We provide our partners a selection of workers according to their demands, who fulfill their needs and meet requirements. We carefully select the workers and interview them here in Poland and check their references in their previous employers. From these information we make our own CV which we send to foreign partners to classify a worker.

We are involved in searching skilled, qualified and highly experienced Polish tradesmen and workers for the foreign companies that are looking for such employees.

We act pursuant to a license form the Polish Ministry of Labour that we have had continuously since 1992.

We choose the right candidates according to our foreign partners' requirements. We interview the candidates, carry out tests and check their qualifications at their previous or present employers. On the basis of the information gathered by our company we prepare CV of a candidate for an employer so that he could make a decision about employing the applicant.
